Terms of Service

Standard operating terms governing access to and usage of COCOA D platforms, websites, and technical services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website or contracting engineering services with COCOA D CO., LTD., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any project-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

2. Intellectual Property

All software frameworks, custom modules (including SWIM D and Niagara 4 extensions), graphics, and brand assets developed by COCOA D remain the intellectual property of COCOA D unless explicitly transferred under formal contract.

3. Service Inquiries & Scope

Project specifications and delivery timelines are subject to mutual discovery and formal statements of work (SOW).
